About our classes
(English) Learn and apply the basic bakery arts techniques. Structured around 4 specific modules, the course will allow the student to acquire the essential and most-used bakery techniques by mastering the main basic doughs and creams. From receiving products to creating breads and viennoiseries, the student will learn how to present marketable goods. For a personalized and unique approach, 100% of skills acquisition is achieved through practical learning in small group workshops.
